Yes... oddly not ripping eachother apart...

How big is this tank? and how many fish are in it. I've seend Betta agression supression before in heavily stocked tanks of colourful fish...

holy crud how/ why?

Well, you cant just throw fish in a tank and expect things to work out. You gotta look em in the eye and show em you know whats goin on, and if they act up, it aint gonna fly. Bettas are curious and watch human behavior. I respond by showing them i see that and watch right back. It they start trouble i show em i dont like it. But I also show them I care. And you have to respect them, its their world in there and they know more about the social happenings than I do. They all get along pretty well. A little bit a chasin around, but what nightclub doesnt have that.

I have an older Betta in there who takes charge. He cares about what goes on in there. He respects the other fish that are in there and he sticks up for the little guys and gals.

never known Betta's Male's getting along
without fighting they normally rip chunks
out of each other

Some people do have strange luck and it has been known to work on odd occasions. Although I wouldn't of thought so in that small tank unless they are still young or too dazed by the guppies

Ummm.... I won't go into any specifics of why this is an incorrect theory absed on assumptions, but suffice to say that nothing there is indicative of natural behaviour, the reason your bettas arent fighting is A: the tank is too small or so crowded by bright active fish, normal behaviour cannot be naturally expressed or B: there are sufficient hiding places or C: the other two males aren't old enough yet, and/or the older male is too old.
