i think you need more females...

Go and buy 2 more females, let him pick one or two and then rehome the odd one out.

Again thank you both!! sounds like a plan.... When I initially bought her she went bright yellow and his colours were even more impressive than they are now. But nothing happened and now they HATE each other! ha ha

Her yellow colour was her breeding colour. If you have the option to remove the male to another tank for a week then try that. If not just add 2 more females and let him chose his mate(s)

I do have a 110L but I have 2 Bolivian Rams in there... and they are both male so he will have to stay where he is.
