My Boy *pics*

Why did you kill him that was awful! You could have put him in a mixing bowl with tank water put a lid on and took him back to the shop. Sorry, but that has really made me mad!

Gorgeous Betta, lovely finage and colouration.

Rillan - if you had come on this forum or the internet you would have come across Bettas being kept in vases, this could have been a temporary solution instead of killing the poor guy. Even a breeding trap like we keep livebearers in wudda done.

there was no need to kill him......you didn't have to either.

Going back to the original topic, Jaded12 you have a gorgeous boy. I'd agree with the hm/crowntail/doubletail suggestion..

Where on earth did you find him?? Does he have a name? I want one!!!

wow...lovely fish there! untill today i had a male Betta splenden (siamese fighting fish) but we had to kill him because he killed 4 neon tetras and was on a frenzy! shout.gif i couldent belive it.

Oh that's so sad!! You could have put him in something else - even an empty 2 liter soda bottle until you could take him back to the store! He was just doing what bettas normally do! Please oh please tell me you didn't flush him...

I dont want to know what happened to him....someone I worked with years ago had a betta put it in her community tank and it started ripping everyone to bits. So she froze it, and told her son it had die......I didnt stop thinking of this for years...
