My Boy Brucie

New to the forum and just thought I'd pop some pics up of my VT Brucie...so named as he has Bruce Forsythe's chin

Bad pic but gives you and idea of how beautiful his plumage is

the infamous miserable mush...

I've had him for 6 months now and he has his own tank as he's a miserable thing who refuses to live in happy co-existence with anything other than Anthea Redfern, his spixi apple snail

Brucie is lovely and I like what you have done with the tank, it looks great.

How is Brucie with his apple snail? I was thinking of getting an apple snail to share a tank with my new betta, but i was worried he'd attack it (i'm new to betta keeping )

At first when I put Anthea in his tank, he never gave her a moment's peace and every time she popped out, he kept jumping at her. He seems to ignore the snail when I'm about now tho

I have 3 orbs...1 baby and 2 30L's. I absolutely ADORE them and can't wait to get a 60L one No idea where I'll put it atm, but I'll make room

Thanks, he's definately a ham, it took quite a few trys to get that pic cause he always wants to "help" me when I do something. I ended up with a lot of extreme nose close ups.
