My Betta :)

He's quite old now, he wasn't young when I got him and someone else previously owned him. So although he's not the prettiest betta around, he's still secretly my favourite fish even if he does have a grumpy pout that only a mother could love...

I have a female similar

Cambodian colouration in the 'traditional' sense is pale body and red fins, but I've said my girl is a 'purple cambodian' - i.e. cambodian style colouration but with purple instead of red.

I got him from the LFS but they said when I got him that someone had brought him in because they had sold their tank and that he was quite an old fish and they thought they should tell me in case he didn't live much longer; but I don't mind. He makes me laugh

I've had him for about half a year now, so unfortunately he's already got a name

He's called squish because he always jams himself between the glass and his favourite leaf and it squishes his face up into a grumpy little pout
