my bettas belly is huge and i dont know whats wrong with him or how to treat him.

nope none of those things. he's acting perfectly normal but he's popped out to the size of a marble just behind his face.

bettas normally bloat if you like when they get a good feeding but to be on the safe side always check if the scales are pineconing

the scales are normally close together but his are spread farther apart on his belly and they lay flat on his body, they dont stand up or pinecone

he was a present and they gave me some food in a film canister

Get some clean water ready, let it stand and put some conditioner in. put him in clean water tomorrow, dont feed him and see how he is. try to get a piccie as it helps identify what is wrong with him.
