My Betta Is Looking Weird

well my cousin's betta had finrot and they let us borrow some aquarium salt, betta fix, and stress coat and we put that in his water

i have two other bettas and we put that in their bowls too when we started doing it for the sick one but when he was normal, all three of them were in plain water

You never use Just water with bettas..

It's OK to skip water conditioner if you have well water, but if you have city water that has been treated you have to add the conditioner to remove the chlorine or whatever else they use. It poisons the fish if you don't.
