My Betta Has Some Cloudy Spots On His Eyes?

My betta  fish's eyes have cloudy spots on his eyes.  usually its  clear i think.  He's white with metallic blue, and the cloudy spots on his eyes are blueish metallic.  The spots don't cover his entire eyes, just some.  What is this?

Is he a dragon scale? They have been known to have their scales grow over their eyes at times. If not it could be cloudy eye or another infection.
Check your water parameters and post them here to make sure nothing's going on in that department.

Yeah he's a dragon scale! amonia is good and Ph level is fine he seems really healthy.

What do i so to stop the scales from growing?  is it hurting his eyes?!  will he go blind!?

well post a pic to be sure , but there no way to stop it and he will probaly go blind if this is it.
