Well I also was at the show and auction, but I did not go near as crazy as wuv did, lol (i only spent $20 total) . 2 of my pics placed 2nd and 5th, and I had a 2nd place for Spirit and 3rd for my green female! Met lots of great people and made some new fishy friends ! My goals were to find mates for my fish for breeding. So here are some of my pairs tell me what ya think!

And her new boyfriend, he is verrrry green not turquoise as you can see in the first pic without the flash. The judge said he has some copper in his background.
Beautiful bettas! My sis has 2 males and I'd love to have one of these for my own tank. I'm just too nervous to add a male to any tank where there's any other fish. Period.
those bettas are absolutely stunning. The difference in their fins vs. the Bettas you buy from the Pet Store is just amazing. Absolutely beautiful! Can't wait to see what the babies look like. Hmmm, maybe I should start breeding Bettas!!
My new green male has built the biggest bubble nest!!! Too bad he is 4th in line on my breeding calendar! Only so many tanks ya know. Thanks everyone for all the nice replies, I love them but I am biased!
