Angels like it warmer, 80-82F or better. Cooler water slows their metabolism. Bloodworms are a protein heavy food, and can constipate angels, affecting swim bladder function. This, along with the cooler temps will cause problems.
If they are having problems in the tank at the shop ask for a refund. If the fish they have appear to be fine, get replacements, keep them a little warmer, and feed only flake, lightly, for the first week. I wouldn't feed bloodworms to angels more than every other week, mine get them about once a month, with a 24 hour fast the day after.
