it means lacking color pigments or something like that, not difference. Albino things are normally white/creamy and normally have red eyes. Human albinos will also have very very light hair, a blondish grey.

As long as your hand is wet touching the fish causes no more damage then touching it with a wet net. Angels are fairly intellegent, and will figure out real quick where the food comes from.

Have to agree, If your hand is wet the protective coating will remain intact. My dad has a huge goldfish in his tank that loves to have its head scratched, Just remember, If the fish didn't like it, They would swim away.

edit: i have an angel that looks just like that, its not even close to looking albino.
