Went to a new LFS today to have a look and came back with two kribs!! So pleased with them!! They have already claimed the coconut cave hehe

Coming along nice mate! The Kribs stand out really well. You need another £200 worth of plants though

You could do so much with that tank.Good luck choosing which direction.Personally a fan of big shoals of small fish.

One suggestion.The front row of planting is very linear, maybe move some back to break the line?

Anyone got suggestions for more plants, Just in the process of adding some very fine gravel to the right hand side of the tank for the kribs to play in, will probably get other fish that might like to dig too so..


LOL as im just typing this the two kribs are rummaging through the new gravel already!

Pfffft, the tank came with the gravel and I liked the black so would have cost a fortune for enough black sand for it. I'm happy with it anyway. I might eventually change to sand in the future. Might end up full of plastic plants if the kribs keep eating them LOL

This is looking FANTASTIC. I'm very jealous.

Good choice on cutting the stand too! I recently got a 24" tall tank and the stand is 24" too. I bought a little step stool and I'm 5'9 and still can hardly reach the bottom!

Well after having to move the kribs to there own tank I currently have:

6 Serpe Tetras
1 Sailfin Plec
1 RTBS
4 Sterbai Corydoras
1 Platinum Angel (Other one died this afternoon)


Waiting for some more plants to come now that the kribs wont be eating them

Heres the plec, first time I have seen him since he went in!

Heres what I managed to recover after taking the tank apart to catch the kribs, waiting for some vallis to be delivered and want to get some anubis and some moss but I spent all my cash on a Fluval Edge for the Betta to go in yesterday!
