My 4 Feet Tank

Hello..

Well I've just took some pictures of my four feet 250litre community tank; set up a few months back. It was an upgrade of my 29 gallon tanks. Am planning to go for fully planted, but am short of time and money lol. Ok.. enough yabbering.. here are the pics..

Can anyone identify the carpet like plant just above the glosso? And about the glosso, yeah the 'roots' are brownish and not inside the substrate lol. When I got it, I slowly planted each plantlet (not seen in pic), and then it got really PITA till I just shoved the remaining glosso in and held it tight with stainless steel wires, hoping that the roots will somehow grow in, but apparently it isn't.

The two pieces of woods that are in it are actually from my previous tanks of these:
29 gal:

and 10 gal:

The 29 Gal and 10 Gal are now bare lol...

The inhabitants of my 250litre are:

30ish cardinal tetras
6 peppered cories
6 leopard cories
6 albino cories
2 penguin tetras
6 lampeyes
1 dwarf algae eater
2 ottos
2 'golden' ottos
2 male guppies
2 female guppies
10 algae eating shrimps(amano?)

I know the ratio for male to female guppies is wrong, but then the tank is sooo huge for them, and so far no signs of any agression from them.
Also, am I overstocked on the fishes? I'm considering getting rummy nose tetras, but if I follow the inch per gallon rule, I'm already at full stocking aren't I?

Cabomba
Amazon sword
anubias nana
and a few unknown plants..

Great looking tank. Don't think you can have a planted tank without cardinals or neons, they just set it off nicely!
