My 30 Litre Nano Tank

Here are some pics of my tank. (Please excuse the quality, they were taken on my phone camera.)
Its 30 litres and stocked with 6 head and tail light tetras and a golden apple snail.
I was going for an amazon theme (but on a mini scale lol).
Since I took these pics, I have filled out the back with some more swords so you can't see the heater or filter input.
Also, the water lettuce has completey taken over the top and I am constantly removing new shoots from it.
Now that I have it set up I wish I had used sand, but oh well - In October I will be converting it into a shellie tank so it will have plenty of sand then.
It's my first fish tank so go easy on me.

Thanks, the pics really don't do it justice.
Plus the plants have grown quite a bit since I took these and it is filling out much more.

Thanks! The tetras do love it - they have the whole place to themselves. (Well...besides the snail, but he's pretty much oblivious to the fish, you know how aloof snails can be )

Unfortunately it's all I have room for in my tiny flat, but I love it anyways.

I like it, especially the smooth pebbles on the gravel. Looks really nice.

I'm pretty knowledgable in theory but not so much in practice. - space and time are the issues.
But, don't wory. I have realy do have loads of tanks...in my head...
It makes the water changes a lot easier at least!

LOL trust me when you get a bigger place you won't be able to resist putting those tanks in your head all around the place

Agree, the tanks have already taken up my room, now they are breeding and migrating to the living room
