My 125gal Main Tank :d

Looks like your Gourami is a female:)

She's beautiful too!

Nice looking tank! :good:

Thankyou so much :good: , i have been trying to make a clear ID of her gender for ages now. I did have a feeling she was a female but was not very sure until now :) .

So....Jealous....

looks just like a huge varient tank of my invisions before i actually learned what could/could not be kept in certain tanks...

Cept i might replace a few things with cardinals and glow lights here and there... o_o Cause i like em....

but with guppies it'd be cool. although i've heard glow lights can fin nip, but i've only heard of them shreding neon tetra....

oh wells o_O

My dream tank would be something like yours Tokis. :D If only........*Looks at the sky*

Well any way very nice fish. I love your sailfin, in fact all sailfins (avatar).

Thanks, sailfins are are one of my fav fish too :fun: ! I wonder how big mine will grow, as she's grown quite slowly over the last couple of years i have had her, she tends to go through phases of growing a couple of inches and then not doing much growing for a while followed by a couple more inches of growth etc.
I really love her color, she is a very attractive sailfin :wub: .

I LOVE your high fin platy!!! I want one!!! :nod: And your plecos look really cute eating cucumber! LOL. :D

Thanks :good: ! The high fin platy is a one of teh new additions to the tank over the last month, i did intend to get more but they had few in stock at my lfs and most were male. I'm hoping to go back there soon and pick up some more high fin platy females, when i do i will post pics of them :thumbs: .

30 gallon fry tank lol my main tank is only that big, lucky fry :D

Yeah i have a lot of empty tanks lying around as i've picked a lot of them up from people over the last couple of years, i should really get rid of some of them as they are lying around the loft in the house and garden shed :blush: .
Its nice having such a big fry tank as its very easy to raise fry in it as water quality stays stable and fresh for longer (i used to have a 5gal fry tank i remember i was forever doing twice or three times weekly water changes and hovering up uneaten fry food), it also means that the large lots of fry can all grow to adulthood instead of having to be moved out after a month or two :) .

More pics :D ! I moved out the recently matured fry into my main tank today, so the fry tank just has 3 newborns in it and the snail & shrimps :) ;

Acclimatising- the fish in the main tank seemed very curious about the little guppys;

After being released, a lot of them stuck together as they explored the tank;

I put some food out for the fish though to help let them settle in- here's the RTBS eating a large algae wafer;

A new platy, i love her black and white coloring (they are called "painted" platies although do not confuse them with dyed fish, these colors are selectively bred like any normal platy :) );

Got some lovely tanks and fish, what type of goldfish do you have.
Only got tweety pie now, but he seems to like it on his own, i thought he would get bored, but he likes more food to himself, lol.

I have a comet and a common goldfish :) - i'm in the middle of the process of buildning a 5000gal pond for them, the pond is now dug but i'm still waiting for the liner to arive :thumbs: . The goldfish are amoungst my favorite fish, i really love them to bits, they are lovely fish and full of character :wub: !
When the pond is dug i will get them more common and comet goldfish to socialise, i really don't know how old my current goldfish are, i adopted them ages ago from a guy who didn't want them anymore and he said they could be anything between 2 and 15yrs old (a bit vague i know :lol: ).

I agree totally tokis, goldfish have lovely charactors and i'm glad that i have tweety, he's my favourite fish and he has such a lovely nature, and he's cute with his two different eyes.
