JEALOUS!!!! I want a big tank too :(

Whats the stock in there? I think I can see a rotkeil and a red spot sev with a fantastic group of silver dollars and angels. Can I see some kind of acara as well?

Yes a big tank is nice and I want a bigger tank....lol.....

5 congo tetras
6 bleeding heart tetra
5 red eye tetra
4 glowlight tetra
3 silver dollars
3 angel fish
2 dwarf neon rainbow
1 yellow rainbow
1 jurupari
1 rokteil severum
1 gold severum
1 pictus cat
3 nicaragua cichlid
3 gold ancistrus pleco
6 sterbai cory cats
3 bronze cory
6 clown loach
2 red tail hemiodus
1 red tail shark

Yes i over stock, but I do have 2 filters running( eheim 2217 and pro II 2026) and i do weekly WC.....

Wow thats quite a mix! Are you not tempted to swap your schooling fish around and getting one big group of the same kind? Bet it would be a pain in the #16##### to get them all fished out though.

Ive been thinking about mixing a trio of nics for a bit, are they all females how do they get on and how big are they? I heard they like groups but when its just 2 females it can get a bit messy so I was thinking of doing 3 in my tank maybe. Just wondered what yours were like :)

Is your tank a 6ft or a really deep and tall 4ft?

yeah i kinda wanna swap all the tetras out and maybe get a big group of bleeding hearts and a group of redtail hemiodus but they are hard to come by....anyways my tank is 4ft deep and tall tank, i wish i got the 6 footer though, but at the time when i purchase this tank it is housing my RTG arowana....I used to have a collection of africans and south american cichilds and this is the first time I got the nicaragua cichlids so i don't have experience with them, but i did my research and i've read that they are docile and non agressive compare to other north american cichlids, they reach up to 9". I got one male fore sure the other 2 i can't sex them yet, but i'm sure they are females. So far so got this cichlids hasn't cause any trouble and i haven't seen them nip or chase smaller fish.....

Yeah that sounds cool! I have one female nic at the moment but my tank looks a bit "bitty" so I thought if I could make a trio it would "pull" the tank together visually

Though to be honest Im very close to swapping all my stock and starting again with dwarfs.

Just some updates added a few more fish to the tank...mainly the clown loaches and a 1 gold pearlscale angels.....here are some more crappy pics....man I really need to get a new camera....
