My 10 gal

sounds good. i will have to check my work schedule though (i dont have it with me right now)
it would be great if you could make it to any part of 280 and i could just meet you where ever...
i will get back to you on my work schedule later tonight.

i think your synos would enjoy the 20long better too :D
i also like that it requires less lighting than a tall for plants :D

barracuda-if src doesnt want the tall, i will sell it to you and any 10s if you need them.

Ok that sounds good. Let me know. I will definately get a 10 gallon for that price.
I will also get that other 20 gallon too.

Thanks

Birmingham area

Many thanks to Jac for the 20g long!!!!

I've got it set up and cycling. Before I started teh cycling I added the UDC to see what she would think of it. It seems she really likes it alot.

I think once it cycles I will try buying another UDC and see how she reacts to it..when I put them both in at the same time. Maybe she won't be hostile towards a new one if they are both on equal turf.

hey nice community u have there

just one question though, are you over feeding those harlequin rasboras? because from the way i see them, they absolutely have massive bellies. just curious :dunno:

i noticed that too :/

2 people noticed yet no one offers any explinations when I ask about it. -_-

They aren't overfed....as the other fish eat just as much and they don't look like that. :dunno: I just assume they are full of eggs...they always look like that..no matter if I fast them, give them peas, or what. But they are still healthy acting and happily darting around the tank playing..so I just leave them be.

How did you fit all those fish in their without having water problems or aggression with limited space?

Well...I do my water changes when I'm supposed to for 1. None of these fish are aggressive for 2. And None of these are big time poopers for 3.

I am fixing to upgrade them to a 20 gallon long...when I do I'm gonna add another UDC, 3 more neons (so the one I have has some friends  ) and get 4 glolites.

Wouldn't you need atleast 6 glowlights though, as they are schooling fish?

I've had pretty good luck with keeping 4 of all of them (all the fish I have are schoolers).

To be honest...they all tend to stay together really. I only have 1 neon right now...but he gets along famously with the rest...he's rarely off on his (err..or her I dunno lol) own.
