this new born came out as two , stuck together. i think one is dead and one is live.

This is fairly common in livebearers.
 
I'm really sorry, but there's nothing you can do to help All you can do is euthanise, if you feel the fish is suffering.

If both are alive there is a small chance but with one dead not really.
