Moving...how To Transport Fish?

I am moving houses not far away and how do I transport the tank. Also Im going on holiday for 2 months and I obviously cannot take my tank with me. Shall I just give it to my cousin who lives 60km away and will not travel but he has a fish farm and probably is busy? And how do i transport the fish anyhow?

P.S sorry for the many topics i started but i have many questions
