Hey...i was just wondering what is the best frozen food you can give to your fish (considering the nutrients, proteins, vitamins etc it provided for freshwater tropical fish).....Some frozen food i give to fish are frozen blood worms and brine shrimp....i havnt tried others yet so any feedbacks welcome on various frozen food...
P.S. what is beef heart, is it good for fish?? is it better than the regular brine shrimp/bloodworms i give my fish???
Thanks in advanced....

Frozen/freeze dried bloodworms are pretty good already. :)

Beef heart is the heart of a cow. It isn't too good for light fish like tetras etc. But for bigger fish that like more meat, eg. cichlids, it is a great treat. Too rich to be used as a staple diet but every three or so days it'd be great for some fish.

my fish love almost any of the frozen foods, blood worm and dafnia being the ones i use most. though the fav food of all my omnivors, is plain old, fresh roast chicken! oh peas go down very well too, remember to remove the skin first though, or you end up with one hell of a cleaning job
