Moss (?) Id Help

I was wondering if anyone could help me id this plant/moss. I got it from my LFS. The fellow who sold it to me wasn't sure what it was either. He thought it was moss but I wanted to be sure.

well aslong as you have lights and such then it should be fine

Just give it water and light...it should do the rest. It really is some very poorly java moss.

That is what it should look like.

Doh! Really is pretty sad looking. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it will look half as good as the pic you posted Curiosity101.
