More pronunciation

So yeasterday when I was at the fish store, I developed a complex. I feel like I have a pretty good knowledge base, but when I don't know how to pronounce the name of a fish it makes me feel really stupid.

So anyway....

pleck-o or play-co

ju-lee corie or Ju-lie

Does it even matter?

and cichilids i pronounce as si-chi-lid....i would feel stupid saying sick-lid even if that it the right way to pronounce it...
