More Problems With My Gourami!

Me again!! As well as the patch on his side and his sore mouth my gourami has now developed white spots, I'm not sure whether he now has ich or if it is more of the same problem he already had with the patch on his side!? Here are some pics, the hole in his top fin has always been there:

He is acting normally although I have noticed that he has had some stringy white poo, stats are the same (I did a water change on Wednesday evening as well), no rubbing/flicking, none of the other fish have any problems. Please let me know what you think.

It doesn't look like ich, it's all part of the same infection. Unfortunately this infection is very common in dwarf gouramies. I think a vet is your only option.

Thanks Anna, what infection is it that my Gourami has and can it be passed on to my other fish? He looks such a mess bless him!

Is the mouth rotting away.
His only chance it antibiotics if its not to late.

How big are the white spots.
Do the look like a cluster of berries or a cauliflower.
