Okay, what is everyone's secret?
My new male BN Pleco is now breathing too fast, like my other one (RIP buddy). I'm thinking it's the same culprit.
(look on 2nd page)

I have access to Quick Cure (Formalin and malachine green), which I know is dangerous to scaleless fish.
I have access to APPLUS+ Anti-Fluke and Jungle Parasite Guard, which are organophosphate, also dangerous to scaleless fish, or so I've read.
And I have access to Jungle Parasite Clear Tank Buddies.
Which medication would be best under these circumstances? There will be Praziquantel coming shortly, but that could take up to a week. And if the BN Pleco does have the gill flukes, he won't last a week.
This could be the 3rd one dead in only a few months.
This is almost too much.

Ph:6.5
Ammonia:0
Nitrites:0
Nitrates:5-10
GH:1
KH:1
Tank size: 33 Gallons (Medium Planted)
Fish as of this moment 5 colombia tetras, 2 zebra danios, 1 longfin blue danio, BN Pleco ( Cories are not doing well, but that is under control in a seperate tank )
40-50% water changes weekly.
AC 70 filter.
Temp: 25C

Anti fluke med but go in with half dose, and really increase aeration, don't forget to remove black carbon, good luck, gill flukes soon can kill a fish, look out for bacterial infections as well.

Thanks. Removed carbon. Used the Jungle medication, as it has Praziquantel and is less dangerous for my pleco, or so I have read.
It also did well the last time I had external parasites.
Thanks for the response.
