blue tubes and obviously a starter,i had the ones that are on a string i paid aroung £11 for them i think, and they had the adapter on,so no need for the starter unit, but the bulbs were mean to last around 20,000 hrs or something, the reson they didnt is that the sticky on them was crap and they kept falling in the water ( low voltage)

oh i looked at them and im not sure about them at all, i wouldnt buy them, but thats cos im blonde and the words fish tank dont appear in the item description some one will help you out,dont worry

Dont use the sticky things, they are crap!
Mine fell twice in the tank...
