Moonlight Kits?

Where's the best place to order the moonlight kits from?
There's an ebay shop that does it with the power supply etc and everything with it, but just wasn't too sure whether or not it would be alright. They can either be submerged or attatched to the hood of the fish tank. Has anyone bought a kit from Ebay before? Or is there somewhere else that would have a similar deal?

Hmm. I was looking at this:

Everything is with it, plus its small bulbs rather than rods so shouldn't be as bright. Plus mine would have to be submersible since my hood doesn't have the covering for the light.
