Moonlight Dying

Gourami currently dying see pic. He lays down then gets back up again but not interested in food. He looks very thin likes hes lost weight.

Water fine all other fish fine - any ideas what may have happened or what I can do to save him?

Sadly my second tank is not up and running yet so he is in a hatchery.
