hi i am planing to get mollies,and i have a 10 gallon tank do you think i should get around 15-25,cause i relize they will have babyies (which i want them to)

I would recommend a max of 1 male and 3 females. Anymore than that and you will be overwhelmed with fry which will ultimately lead to water quality issues which will then result in all the fish dying.

If you want 15 (mixed sexes) then I'd recommend a 30gal tank or more

If you want 25 (mixed sexes) then I'd recommend a 50gal tank or more

For a 10 gallon tank I would get one nice mature female. She will fill the tank more than you will like in the first couple of months.
