Molly With A Swollen Bum

hey guys i have a 48 litre tank with perfect water levels, 5 adult molly, 7 baby molly, 4 cory and a bristlenose pleco.

woke up to find one of my adult molly appears to have a swollen almost bubble shape coming from its behind (almost litterally its bum) any ideas what this may be ?

i had this with one of my female mollies who gave birth to 12 fry over 4 days, few people on here said she had dropsy, if you can upload a pic other more experienced people will be able to help

its exactly the same as that picture uploaded so she is about to give birth

if i had a camera i would like but its litterally the same
