We bought 2 female red mollies 2 months ago and recently they've both been swelling with eggs and I though they would just absorb them or something but today I look at the tank and there's a molly fry swimming around. I though if they got fertilized at the store they would have had the fry a long time ago but this one suddenly appeared. What do we feed it, how do we take care of it? How many more will she/they have? Right now it's in the cup we got a betta in.

They can store sperm for six months and have fry every month. They are generally pregnant when they leave the LFS. See the livebearer forum for details.

I'd personally leave them in the main tank and let nature take its course. Livebearers will have fry all the time whether you like it or not.

We moved them to a spot where they can spawn and we just checked and they had 12 more!

What do we do?

If you want to raise the fry you'll need an extra tank to grow them in, or
you could use a large breeding net in the main tank for them, it'll be a few weeks before they're big enough to go in with the adults though.
Just a note of caution, livebearers drop fry every month or so, so if you save them all you'll soon be very overstocked

Just leave them in the tank and let nature take its course. You'll probably end up with more, they're always dropping them.. You're already planning on removing/rehoming the adult mollies because theyre getting too big for the tank, why would you want even more?
