Molly is sick

Help! I noticed my black molly has a white spot near his fin and white substance around his eye. I am unsure of what it could be? I’ve read it could be ich or Popeye but I am unsure.

Hmm. Doesn’t look like ich to me. Probably a bacterial or fungal infection. Costia would be another possibility.
