Molly Has Bulgy Eyes?

I am new to Aquatics so please bare with me.
I noticed today that one of my has pop out eyes all of a sudden especially on its left eye?

It also has like a series of 3 rings that seem to stand out under its head.

I only have two silvers , one FM and one M?

Any idea what is going on with him/her

It sounds like he has Pop-eye. This is quite common with Mollies, when you aren't keeping them in hard, alkaline water or salt. I would try adding in some marine salt, to make the water slightly brackish. For more information about salt, you can read Neale's pinned topic Mollies Need Salt!

If you are keeping them in salt, check your water parameters. That can also be a common cause for popeye.
