Deep substrate and a good pair of long, curved foreceps make it a lot easier.

The HC requires tiny tweezers and a lot of patience though... Some asprin for the backache helps too!

Does it ever require tiny tweezers! I planted a hem c. lawn on sunday and the damn fauna have managed to uproot 25% of it by today! That's it, i'm building a fence!!

I've been seeing it go at 2"x2" for about $15-$20 these days, but believe it or not I got this batch for FREE from a fellow Boston Aquarium Society member when I went to pick up some other auction plants that I had won.
