Mix Spiny Eels with same specimen?

Can Spiny Peacock eel be mixed with each other? I saw somewhere that they are territorial towards their own kind. Or can you only if you have a big tank?

Well as you know i have 3 and they are all in the same tank, they have even spawned once . The tank is a 75g and even in that size tank they do have the occasional falling out and will fight with one and other so i think that the ammount of them you can keep does depend on the size of the tank, but they do seem more active when kept in a group than if kept singularly.
