Mill House for pond

I am looking to build a miniture mill house (with water wheel) for my pond. Can any one point me toward some info onhow to go about building one?

probable best to look on like history sites to get plans of a full size then simplify and re-scale!!

ajustable low voltage motor would be my guess ,belt driven wheel with spoke to outer wheel ,atach mini buckets or whatever and presto,one thing though wouldnt the smaller fish maybe get scooped up
