Middle Section In Fluval Vicenza 260

Ok so my problem is. Im starting new project with my Fluval Vicenza Limited edition. Ive order a 3d background thinking that everything would be ok. It arrives today and the first thing what make me thinking was how would I get the background in?? On top of the tank where the light unit is there is a plastic bit that goes across the tank. On other tanks you can remove it but on that one it looks like is in one pice with the rest. Can I remove it?? Will this affect the tank anyway???

Will you be able to cut the background and piece it back together once inside?

that's a brace I would image - it should be there for extra structural support.....I'd leave it well alone!

Ive seen in bigger thanks that it could be removed just on fluval its like one piece with the frame. If I cut that will I be able to stick it back with some kind of strong glue?? I dont want to cut the background

That brace is a structural support. Leave it right where it is.

I've got this tank and I wouldn't dream of interfering with the black plastic brace. It's all part of the structure that keeps 260 litres of water exactly where you want it to stay.
