has any body got a tank from http/www.meraquatica.co.uk i found a 48x18x15 210 litres 47 gallons(56 us) with stand and hood for only £165 whats the qualitly of them like?

Lovely cheap tanks!! i currently have 2 of their tanks... and 4x2x2 and a 2x1.3x1.3.

only grumby is the bracing around the top can look a bit messy, with a hood it aint a problem, my 4ft was a bit messy but on my 2ft it's perfect.

by messy i mean some of the cuts look a bit wonky etc

how much was your4x2x2? do the lids come with brackets for bulbs or do you have to put them in yourself?

my 4x2x2 total came to 350 with delivery, stand and sump. Couldn't say about the hoods i don't use them, i just use over tank lighting.

I just got a 6 x 2 x 2 from them, just the bare tank. Cost me £155 including delivery!

I would only say that some of the silicone work holding the braces on the top is a bit messy, but you can't expect top of the line craftmenship from a tank at this price.... Still, it does the job nicely!

I bought my 60G off them very good, sometimes you can get a good bargin off them on ebay thats where i got mine, only 60 quid yay, with built in full glass cover wooden trim and solid wooden hindged hood! very good quality indeed sellers name come under reevus2(corrected)

edit- and they bought it too my house for free!
