Meet Mr Biggles!

Well here is MY choice of fish for hubby's tank....he is an African Flameback Pygmy Angel ( I asked them for C. auranotus *s.p* but they messed up and ordered the rarer C. Acanthops for the same price.

Due to his big boggly eyes I called him Mr Biggles We got him half price as the shop messed up and sold one we had reserved last week He is lovely indigo with bright yellowy orange stripe down his back and neon blue underneath.

I took these piccies when we put some food in so that's what all the white spots are in the water, bits of frozen shrimp

Mr Dusty the feather duster has also grown a LOT since last week :shock:

It's gorgeous! My lfs usually has one or two in. Have you noticed any aggression towards your clowns? I've heard they can be a nasty angel, and that's the only thing that's kept me from getting one.

Thanks, I've not seen them before so am quite chuffed I did lots of reading up and found a fair few sites that said if you have to keep a dwarf angel in a reef tank, get one of those, they are the most invertebrate and coral friendly. Max size of 2.5-3 inches too

Are you thinking of the Cherub angel - C. Argi? That one is v similar but mostly blue with only an orange head. They are quite a bit more aggressive than the flamebacks or fireball.

I am thinking of the cherub. I just assumed these guys would have the same personality traits. Hmmm.....well, if my lfs has the flamebacks or fireballs..... no....must resist adorable fish....
