So as some of you may know, im going to be running a freshwater sump on a Waterbox Marine X 110.4 tank. Im opening up the floor to recommendations for
1. Sump layout - The Waterbox has twin 4" filter socks at first contact, which I am removing for media cups. My idea is to have bio media in bottom of cup, followed by course foam, then filter floss.
2. Media Reactor - I have purchased a dual chamber media reactor which I plan to put in main sump chamber. I am thinking to run Seachem Purigen and some other GTO media
Based on the above, how much media do you need to run in a sump? And is there anything Im missing? The tank for ref is 300 Litres
