Meat!

    We have a water smoker and lately I've been slowcooking alot of cow and hog over realwood charcoal (not briquets) seasoning with rubs mostly, what have yall been doing with it?

    This month I have been mainly Barbeque-ing :drool: :D

    With all the football on and all the BBQ's we are having, I'm nearly on the atkins diet :hyper:

    Though I like the sound of yours Opcn :drool:

    I've been mostly barbeque-ing this last few weeks too, last year the mrs got me a battery powered spit to fit over the BBQ so ive been doing things like poussin and whole legs of lamb with that and ive been doing quite a bit of marinading and rubbing with spices for things like Morocan lamb chops, Jamaican jerk chicken and tomato and basil chicken all of which go nicely with some spiced rice and chargrilled vegetables.
