Okay so I did a 50% water change in my mbuna tank this morning, cleaned out my Aquaclear 70 and in and outs of my Rena XP3. I went up to the tank tonight and all the fish are staying down at the bottom of the tank and breathing heavy. My first thought was test the water and nothing came up (pH 7.5 (normal) ammonia 0, nitrite 0). Do you think I got something in the water when I did my water change? I cleaned the glass (the outside) with windex and cleaned off my hoods with vinegar and cleaned the top part of the hood with plastic cleaner for cars. What should I do?

Yes.
Immediate water change and run some fresh black carbon.

Update- Just did a 20% water change... hope it helped!

The vinyl cleaner you used probably is VERY volitile, and afaicr most vinyl cleaners are about as toxic as cleaners can get.

Use vinegar next time :D

How are the fish.

Okay so everyone seems to be fine except one of my red zebras (one has had a troubled history), a yellow lab and my Maylandia greshakei. They have been doing this weird shaking thing. I did notice after my original that my water temp had dropped some 6 degrees over night so I have a feeling that was why they were acting so odd, but now I don't know why the 3 fish are shaking (like seizures for about 2-3 seconds then it's over) Any ideas?

If the temp dropped fast you could be looking at parasites.
Check to see if you can see any small bubbles on the fish that can be a sign that a parasite there.

Some of my fish are showing small white spots (like ick)

You have whitespot and need to get treating.
Turn temp up gradually to 30, increase aeration in the tank as the high temp and med will reduce 02 in the water.
Remove black carbon if you use it.

Thought you might like to know that everything is going well.. I used Nox Ich (sp?) and I give it a A+. Works well. Thanks for everyones help... saved me from an ulcer!
