No it's not a filter. She ages differently is all... She started looking old and then gets younger as time goes by.

Haha I actually have the skin of a baby, thanks to EDS! People tell me I look younger than I am, same with my mom and grandma. But the downside is even though my skin is soft and my face in young my hands are wrinkly
