May Be Trouble Ahead Cont..

Hi,I posted previously asking advice on setting up my new 4ft tank and the 3 fish I'd adopted.
My new tank is now set up with all the fish in and both new and old filter as suggested.I was hoping at this point to post a picture of the plec but tried to insert image numerous times without success.Im pretty sure its not a common plec .Its about 5" now and I'd say previous owner had him for quite a while possibly years.I'll take pic to pet shop to see if he can I.D it.
My new 240 rio currently has
1 adopted plec(sub species unknown)
1 adopted featherfin cat(seems quite an aggressive charecter especially to the plec)
1 adopted pearl gourami
3 peppered corys(will be 6 when new tank has settled)
2 male guppys (plan on getting another 3 or 4)
1 male black molly (will give him 2 females soon)
2 swordtail breeding pair (going to get at leat another female to give her a break)
1 large and 5 small swordtail fry which I'll prob give to pet shop when they mature to prevent inbreeding

What are your thoughts on the above stocking bit of a mixed bag I know but pretty much stuck with it now.
If it were your tank what would you do with the current stock list and how does my future additions sound.
Would You add any more fish once the above fish have been added and filters ok wioth bioload?
I currently am using the filter which came with the 2nd hand tank which was a new filter(although old model) its an eheim 2012 which is running with my old filter which was cycled in my 60l tank.My plan is to buy another eheim 2012 and run both in tank once its coping with current bioload and remove the smaller filter,good or bad idea?

i have 3 synos in my tank and 3 plecs, and only the largest syno (featherfin) hassles the largest plec (rusty), the rest get on fine. only when the syno wants to hang where the plec is, and vice versa, so one swims off then its all over. hopefully they will eventually realise they can co-habit away from eachother as mine do most of the time.

The plec doesnt seem to bothered by it at the moment he just like you said moves away or after a short chase goes back to normal.Its nice to see them much more active now there in my large tank after their short spell in my old smaller one.I hope to see more and more of them.They still seem v shy and when I put blood worms in the featherfin seems to miss out because he goes into hiding once I open the lid so the rest of the fish gobble them up.
