Maximum Amount Of Fish For 260 Litre Tank

Hi,

I have a jeuel vision 260Litre tank, whats the maximum amount of fish I could keep in it. One of my dalmation mollies had 10 fry recently. I have 2 dalmation mollies, 7 red tailed minnows, 4 guppies, 2 neons and 1 dwarf gourami.

Maximum amount of fish depends on the species of fish involved. I would figure on 3-4 gallons per adult molly, a couple gallons per guppy & minnow, a gallon each for the neons, and 3 or 4 for the gourami. This is one of the situations where the "inch of slim bodied fish that grow to no larger than 3 inches" per gallon guideline would work reasonably well.
