I can't tell you since there is not a specific species mentioned. Different species grow to different lengths, but overall they stay quite small?
Contact Kesgrave Tropicals and ask them the specific species of the Goby, so you could find out the specific max size.

What size and temperature is the tank? Also what tank mates?

24c community fish and a female betta. I've contacted them and asked

That temperature is a little high for these Gobys. Plus Bettas prefer water's of around 27-28C. The problem is flow, Bettas don't like flow at all; Rhinogobius love very turbulant waters (which have to be properly oxygenated and preferable around 18C)

Oh all my research says 24 to 30 for a Betta. Not gonna get the Goby now as he's not suitable for that temp

Temperature is not that much of an issue, as you may know, many people have Bettas in unheated tanks, its the flow that's the problem.

Ok thanks. Yeah I did have to lower my flow for her as she was struggling. Well that's out then.
