I have no idea what you mean by tumbleweed, must be a UK youth expression, but that area is cleaned up regularly and non-participants are purged. I do it myself every few months. If you cannot find someone fairly close to you, it is perfectly legitimate to come to a place like this asking if there are others who can contribute to your needs.
