What the hell is this?!

I hope its just that he has taken a knock or something or cought it and its just swolen up as a reaction? Hope its nothing more serious. Never seen this before.

Any help and suggestions welcomed.

oohh...that looks like something called pop eye. nothing yuo can do really.

Looks like popeye. Can you isolate the fish?

Will probably need to be treated with an antibiotic med.

I have nowhere else I can put him I have a spare heater and two filters in my tank, but no other tank and cant get to the LFS until Sunday as I am working tomorrow

Any meds in perticular I should be looking to get? I may be passing a P@H tomorrow after work - I assume it would be safe to medicate the whole tank (and maybe a good idea anyway just in case?)
