Marine Labs "bio Safe"

I recently Purchased a bottle of marine labs "bio safe" when i opened the bottle it was real smelly. is this stuff supposed to stink so badly??

Does it smell like rotten eggs? If so, then it's ok, you're just smelling sulfer.
