I was wondering if this guppy was male or female ( I think it is male.):

Defo 100% a young male, the gonopodium is just devloping

male, he's got a colourful tail (albeit a small one) and a straight gonopodium (anal fin).

The gondopodium - the thin, tube-like anal fin of the male - is a dead give-away. Here's a good livebearer diagram that shows how to determine the sex of mollies, platys, and guppies.
