hi, i need some advice, i recently bought a 10gallon tank especially for my mollies and their fry as i know my angels and other fish in my other tank would eat their babies,
do male mollies eat their fry at all? my females havent had any fry yet but i have seen them 'doing it' so i know i will have some soon enough, they have a well planted tank so there wouldn't be any need to seperate them would there? any advice i would be greatful, thanks for reading

Mollies will eat their fry, yes. If you want, you can get a net breeder and put the fry into it after they are born, but with the way livebearers breed, you will have a lot of fish on your hands in a couple of months. I would just let the mother birth in the main tank and hope for the survival of a few fry each time. Plants should allow sufficient hiding places for a few fry at least.
